We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Single-use products (e.g. screen protectors)

You can return all other items without issue, as long as they meet the return conditions above.
❗ We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no need to justify.

The item must still meet the return conditions:

  • Same condition received

  • Unworn/unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We’ll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⏳ Keep in mind: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
